BMR Windows reviews

BMR windows was professional and had great communication from the beginning. I ordered 10 windows total. They quoted me a fair price and provided very high-quality windows. I appreciate it how neat they left my home after installing all of the windows. If I had any questions At all, they were quickly answered. I highly recommend them.

Had my windows replaced in my house before I sell it, Work looks great and very clean.

We had a great experience using BMR windows Mike and his crew did an exceptional job on a very large and difficult bow window at our home. Mike had to use a large Duck Jack to lift the window into place which he did with extreme care and then fitted the flashing with complete precision. Even the factory rep commented about the neatness of the job and how great it looked we will use BMR again in the future. Thanks for a great job

They did excellent job and the price is reasonable And very good quality 👍

We had a great experience with BMR Windows. We needed to replace all of our windows and two sliding doors in our house that were incredibly old. Their pricing was great and the finished product looks amazing. Installation had to be rescheduled twice through no fault of theirs and they were incredibly communicative and sincerely apologetic. The install took to days and the crew did a great job cleaning up. We’ve already recommended them to our friends in the area and would highly recommend to anyone looking to replace windows.

I had BMR Windows install two sliding glass doors. They were extremely professional. They talked me through what they were going to do and the proper methods regarding the installation. I was totally impressed with the quality of craftsmanship. It took 4 hours, maybe, and they were done! Mike is the owner and went above and beyond by even adding trim around one of my sliding glass doors to make it even more presentable. BMR Windows is a small business, and I only support small businesses instead of other franchises or mega corporations that would've ripped me off. I've been telling everyone about BMR Windows, and I plan to use them again in the future!

I used BMR for my home window replacement, and they did so well, I used them for my mom’s house too! Windows look great! Fantastic service! Job was done fast. Super clean! Can’t recommend them enough! 5 stars

The entire process was amazing. Local business owner, arrived promptly and explained the windows (in detail) and measured. We had a quote within 36 hours and it was so REASONABLE! Installation went quickly and clean up and removal of old windows as amazing! Highly recommend! Our windows look great and air tight!!

When the time came to replace my windows, my neighbor recommended BMR and I was very pleased. BMR scheduled a consultation almost immediately and promptly provided a very competitive estimate. BMR completed the install in one day and the new windows look great! I would now recommend BMR to my friends and neighbors as a reliable local business.

We’ve used BMR Windows twice now, and both experiences have been excellent! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team was punctual, friendly, and clearly takes pride in their work. Our new windows look amazing.

BMR windows did a wonderful job replacing my windows. They measure accurately and usually have the order ready in a few weeks. Good prices and quality work. Would give 5 stars reviews. Give them a call if you have cold leaky no good windows., I’m sure they will help you out.

Amazing company. Extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism. Easy to communicate with, fair price, all around great company and people. Marta was easy to deal with, and Mike came early and stayed late to ensure the job was complete, working all the way through the day. Highly recommend.

Marta and Mike of BMR Windows were easy to work with and did a great job replacing 10 windows at our new place. They were able to meet our price point, took accurate measurements, and delivered attractive windows that were expertly installed in less than one day. They also fixed several existing damaged window sills with metal flashing, work that exceeded our expectations.

We are so happy that BMR Windows installed our new windows. Their prices were by far the most competitive with the best quality. They were extremely professional, responsive and did an amazing job! We cannot recommend them enough! Thank you, BMR!

An absolutely positive experience working with BMR Windows! We have worked with them twice in the past 6 months. First, BMR expanded an existing window and add a new picture window that turned out exceptionally well. Second, we had a front window break and needed a replacement fast. BMR was out the same day to take measurements, provide a quote and order new energy efficient windows to replace our 40yo windows on the front of our home. Could not have asked for an easier more efficient experience. Extremely reasonably priced, thorough and high quality work. We recommend BMR to anyone considering new or replacement windows!

Best choice in Baltimore area. Been using them for years, 10+ different projects. Fair pricing, expert installation.

This is our second time having serviced by this awesome company. BMR windows recently installed a basement sliding door. The process is so seamless, Michael visited the house and did some measurements, presented several options and recommended the best one within our budget. They came and installed it, was very please with the workmanship, attention to the detail as well as the clean up after the work is done. They even replaced the outside panelling that was already rotten inside for no additional cost. Exceptional staff and very professional. They do not over charge you - price is very reasonable. Again, we will definitely recommend this family owned business to our friends and families. For any projects that you have, big or small, this company delivers!!!! BMR Windows, for the second time, you have exceeded our expectations… job well done🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻!

BMR Windows did an amazing job from start to finish installing new custom windows for my home. They provided professional, reliable, and affordable services!

I highly recommend BMR for your window needs. No upselling, no games, just a very straightforward process. The crew that did the installation was top notch. Very professional dependable, did a terrific job, took the time to do the job right. Very impressed.

I can not say enough good things about our experience. Measured in about an hour and no pressure techniques to buy. Just left. The quote was emailed to me. Came out a few weeks later and installed 11 windows in about 6 hours. Don't look any further. This is your only company you need.

We had six windows replaced by Mike and his team. It was a pleasure dealing with Mike and his wife Marta during this process. They were very helpful, patient, and have the best prices around. Mike and his team did an excellent job on the installation. They showed up timely, and were extremely efficient and hardworking. Wholeheartedly recommend BMR Windows. From our first meeting with Mike, and our ensuing correspondence with his wife, Marta, we were confident that our project would be handled timely and professionally. Mike and his crew arrived on time, worked diligently and skillfully, and answered any questions or concerns we had in the process. We would not hesitate to use them for any future projects.

Michael and his wife Marta were phenomenal! I so appreciated his attention to detail and Marta’s knowledge and guidance as I navigated the window selection process. I am so happy with the quality of my new windows! I heartily recommend BMR Windows as a reasonably priced window service provider.

Our General Contractor recommended BMR; all of his subcontractors during our gut renovation were reputable and high quality, so we felt confident about BMR. BMR replaced all the windows in our home in a timely manner. Their craftmanship was excellent, and I can attest a month later that we have had no issues with any of the windows. The price was very competitive. The company is small, family-owned and very professional. We did get a second quote from a national business--they were gimmicky and expensive. I'm glad we went with BMR, and highly recommend BMR windows.

Very professional, well done, no high pressure sales. They replaced 11 windows for us at half the cost of the big names and did just as well if not better. They not only owned up to any damage done but fixed it right then and there. It was a pleasure working with Mike. I highly recommend them.

Finally, a company that was on time, cleaned up after themselves and the least expensive for a great looking garden window. Had a few major rain storms and no leaks. Great job!!!!

What can I say, this is the most professional home improvement company I have worked with. Mike came out to give us a quote for windows. He was clear and very informative. Marta was clear in her communication regarding price quotes and window information. The windows arrived and were installed in the timeframe promised. Great quality windows at the best price and with exceptional service! Extremely happy!

Highly recommend BMR Windows LLC! Great price and easy to work with. Install was fast and efficient.

HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!!! We recently replaced our original windows of 30+ years in our house. After doing extensive research and getting quotes from multiple companies we decided to move forward with BMR Windows. This was the best decision we could have made! Marta and Michal were amazing to work with. Very responsive throughout the entire process. We replaced 12 Windows and a Sliding door all in one day. The team that came out were very professional and took pride in their work, and their price was very reasonable. Everything looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Thank you BMR!!

We had a great experience with BMR Windows. Michael came out the same day that we contacted him and measured. Within 24 hours we had received 2 quotes. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks. Windows arrived and were installed within 6 weeks. Quality windows and quality installation. Installers worked efficiently and were very polite. Highly recommend calling BMR Windows if you are considering new windows for your home.

I wish all businesses are run the way how BMR Windows run theirs. It's a family owned business that's why you get a personalized service and you get to speak directly to the owners. You get an honest quote, reasonable price and an A+ plus service from them. The work is exceptional from the start until the completion of the project. Michael even came back after a few days to check how our sliding door is to make sure everything is working well. This company is highly commendable. We told all our friends about this company. Kudos to BMR Windows, keep up the great work and thank you for the job well done....

Great to work with from estimate to installation.

Wonderfully efficient and honest people. Provided a great price and were accurate with all their time and cost estimates. One day install was fantastic with a full crew - highly recommend for windows!

As we all know, construction projects can be stressful but I really enjoyed working with power-couple Mike & Marta. I’m grateful for Mike talking me through my options and guiding me to windows, flashing and sealants that will last for decades. Supply chain issues are inevitable but Marta kept me updated about the windows we had ordered. Within days of their arrival Mike and the team were on-site. The install work was meticulous and fast. I will be hiring BMR again in the future and I’m happy to recommend them to others in the Baltimore metropolitan area.

I'm thrilled with the overall experience, start to finish. There was good communication and quick turnaround. It was supposed to be a two day install and they knocked it out in a day. Everyone showed up when they said, kept me in the loop with what was happening, and they were all very nice and professional. I really appreciate they out down plastic and extensively vacuumed when they were done. Thanks guys!

We are 100% satisfied! From the free estimate through installation we knew we were working with an honest, professional, personable company. We highly recommend BMR Windows!

Very pleased with our new window! Highly recommended

I wish I had before/after photos of our original windows (1976) to what BMR installed! What a difference. This is the second time we used BMR. First for a slider that needed an update in our townhouse we were selling. We didn’t even give it a second thought to call BMR when we realized our new hime needed new windows. Honest, hard working people and the best price, not a company to upsell you. Eliminating all the anxiety of what is an expensive purchase. Thank you BMR Windows!

Our company has been using BMR for many years. Always wonderful customer service!

The windows, service, and pricing was great!!!

We are very happy with our new windows! This company was highly recommended to us by my brother and sister-in-law, and we will be sure to recommend to anyone we hear of looking for replacement windows as well! Professionally executed from initial contact to inquire about a free estimate, all the way through to installation, clean-up and completion of work! Hats off to Mike and Marta, and "Best of Luck" and "Continued Success" now and in the future! Thank You! :-)

They worked efficient, as windows is all they do. These are the window guys you want! We will definitely be recommending BMR windows. This year in 2021, I had windows replaced by BMR Windows. I am completely satisfied with their work and the replacements. I highly recommend them as a company to use. The service and pricing was excellent!!!!

We began window shopping over a year ago. Some of the people who came were simply salesman who just wanted to earn a commission. BMR was just the opposite! I did not have to bargain with them on a price, they were straight to the point. The customer service was amazing! Marta, would call, text and email me to keep me updated with the project, knowing that my work schedule was unique. Even better is that her responses were very prompt! They promised me a 4 week time frame and completed the job EARLY!!! On installation day, they arrived on time, in a nice truck wearing nice uniforms. They were super protective of our house, laying down drop cloths and plastic, vacuuming as they went. They worked efficient, as windows is all they do. These are the window guys you want!
